Anastassis G. David
Appointed: January 2016. He joined the Board of Coca‑Cola HBC as a non‑Executive Director in 2006 and was appointed Vice Chairman in 2014.
Skills, experience and contribution: Anastassis brings to his role more than 20 years’ experience as an investor and non-Executive Director in the beverage industry. Anastassis is also a former Chairman of Navios Corporation. He holds a BA in History from Tufts University.
External appointments: Anastassis is active in the international community. He serves as Vice Chairman of Aegean Airlines S.A., Vice Chairman of the Cyprus Union of Shipowners and Chairman of the Board of Sea Trade Holdings Inc, a shipowning company of dry cargo vessels. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of College Year in Athens.

Zoran Bogdanovic
Appointed: June 2018.
Skills and experience: Zoran was previously the Company’s Region Director responsible for operations in 12 countries, and has been a member of the Operating Committee since 2013. He joined the Company in 1996 and has held a number of senior leadership positions, including as General Manager of the Company’s operations in Croatia, Switzerland and Greece. Zoran has a track record of delivering results across our territories and demonstrating the values that are the foundation of our Company culture.

Naya Kalogeraki

Previous Group roles: Group Chief Customer and Commercial Officer from 2016 to 2020. From 1998, when Naya joined the Company, she built her career assuming roles of increased scale and scope, including Marketing Director, Trade Marketing Director, Sales Director and Country Commercial Director, Greece. She has been heavily involved in Group strategic projects and task forces addressing mission-critical business imperatives. In September 2013, Naya was appointed to the role of General Manager, Greece and Cyprus.
Previous relevant experience: Naya joined the Company in 1998 from The Coca-Cola Company where she held a number of marketing positions up to Marketing Manager.

Previous relevant experience: Ben has a proven track record and broad experience gained from senior financial positions in the global FMCG industry. This includes ten years with Mars Incorporated, where he was Regional CFO, Europe & Southern Africa and most recently Vice President for Financial Planning, Analytics and Financial Strategy. Prior to joining Mars, Ben spent ten years with Nestlé in a variety of finance roles in Europe, including CFO of Nestlé Czech-Slovak, and CFO for Nestlé Waters in the UK.

Mourad Ajarti

Previous relevant experience: Mourad holds an MSc in Computer Systems Networking & Tele-communications from L’École Mohammadia d’Ingénieurs. He has 20 years’ experience with two fast moving consumer goods industry leaders, Procter & Gamble and L’Oréal. Mourad started with Procter & Gamble leading SAP implementation in Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Europe, and later was CIO for different lines of business. From 2014 to 2019, Mourad was CIO for the Asia and Pacific region for L’Oréal, leading consumer and customer journey transformation and enabling the use of big data and advanced analytics.

Ivo Bjelis

Previous Group roles: Ivo joined the Group in 1996 as Plant Manager in Croatia, while in 2002 he took over the position of Country Supply Chain Manager. Since 2006 Ivo built his career assuming roles of increased scale and scope across the board, including Strategic Initiative Leader for Customer Centric Supply Chain, Group Supply Chain Processes and Capabilities Director, Regional Supply Chain Director, Group Supply Chain Services Director and Group Supply Chain Operations Director, leading the development and the transformation of the Supply Chain strategy over the years.

He then assumed the role of Commercial Capabilities Director for the Group during 2009-2011.
Previous relevant experience: Prodromos joined TCCC in 1997 in Finance and built his career in Finance, where his last role was Region Finance Manager for Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Palestine and then moved on to the role of Market Development Manager for Greece until joining CCHBC in 2007

Previous relevant experience: Ruchika is a Data, Analytics and AI focused Senior Leader specializing in delivering business value from Data & AI investments, with more than 18 years of experience in this field. This includes 10 years of consulting & cross industry experience with Accenture, as a Managing Partner, leading capabilities in Data Science, Machine Learning, and driving data enabled transformation programs for Accenture clients. Working with C suite executives, Ruchika collaborated with clients to lead complex, multi-year, end to end Analytics led business transformations. Prior to Accenture, she led the financial services portfolio for GE Capital, ensuring profitable business through data enabled collections strategy.

Manuel “Manolo” Arroyo is Global Chief Marketing Officer for The Coca-Cola Company. Arroyo has held this role since January 2020 and is responsible for global marketing, which includes teams for the company’s five beverage categories, Human Insights, Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX), Marketing Operations & Capabilities and Marketing Performance. Arroyo is based in Singapore.
Prior to his current role, Arroyo served as both the global CMO and as president of the Asia Pacific operating group. He was responsible for operations in the Asia Pacific group’s five business units, along with the company’s Bottling Investments Group.
Arroyo joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1995 in Madrid in brand management and went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility. He moved to Atlanta in 1998 as global brand manager for bottled water, where he put together the first global water strategy for the company. Arroyo returned to Spain in 2000 as marketing director for the company’s Iberia business unit and later added duties as general manager for sparkling brands. In 2004, he was appointed general manager for Spain, including leading a sales company that was jointly co-owned with seven independent Spanish bottlers.
In 2006, he moved to Bangkok to serve as president of the South East and West Asia (SEWA) business unit. In 2010, he was appointed president of the ASEAN business unit, leading the integration of the former Philippines and SEWA business units. During his eight years in Asia, he led structural refranchising in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, The Philippines and the company’s first ever entries in Myanmar/Burma and Laos.
Arroyo left Coca-Cola in 2014 to serve as senior vice president and continental president of Asia Pacific for S.C. Johnson & Son, based in Kuala Lumpur, where he led the opening and staffing of the company’s first Asian headquarters. In 2015, he moved to Madrid to become CEO of Deoleo, a publicly traded, worldwide leader in branded olive oil, including the Bertolli and Carbonell brands.
Arroyo returned to The Coca-Cola Company in 2017 to serve as president of the company’s Mexico business unit.
Arroyo began his career in 1987 by co-founding his own business, a ski school in Madrid. He joined S.C. Johnson & Son in Madrid in 1992, followed by roles with Banco Santander before moving to Coca-Cola.
He is a native of Spain and earned double major degrees in business administration and law, both from ICADE in Madrid.
Nikolaos Koumettis
Nikos Koumettis is president of Europe for The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to his current role, Koumettis served as group president for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing six business units spanning from Western Europe to Russia to Southern Africa.
From 2016 to 2018, Koumettis served as president of the company’s Central and Eastern Europe business unit, where he was responsible for overseeing company operations in 26 countries. Koumettis also served as president of the Central and Southern Europe business unit from 2011 to 2016. In this role, he oversaw Coca-Cola operations in 23 countries.
Koumettis joined Coca-Cola in 2001. His roles included serving as business unit president for Canada; president of the Adriatic and Balkans business unit, with responsibility for nine countries; and Southeast Mediterranean Region General Manager, with responsibility for Greece and Cyprus.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Koumettis served in marketing roles with Kraft Jacobs Suchard; sales and distribution roles with a large Greek distribution company, Elgeka; and in commercial and logistics functions for Papastratos S.A./Philip Morris, the biggest tobacco company in Greece.
Koumettis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American College of Greece and a Master of Science degree in International Marketing from Strathclyde Business School.
